The information includes the name and EC number of the defect enzyme, a description of the underlying reaction type and the name of the metabolic pathway in which the enzyme is involved. Further information is the ICD-10 number, the disease frequency and a short description of the pathophysiology of the disease. • The quiz allows you to learn related terms by turning over pairs of matching cards. • You may test your knowledge with the question unit. • The target group of the app are students of biochemistry and medicine as well as scientifically interested high school students.
