You can analyse movement with several tools, and see what can be improved. It’s great for coaches that want to give feedback to their players, or for individuals who play sports or rehab and want to analyse their own movement. CAMERA Create a video with a high frame rate to capture your movement in detail. Use the BitBody Watch app to make this even easier.
