Calera is the first solution to monitor core body temperature continuously and non-invasively. Using the same technology as CORE but being specifically designed for researchers, calera will allow real-time core body temperature monitoring and high-resolution (1 Hz) data downloading. Individually calibrated devices will make sure your measurements are of the highest accuracy. This is the interior temperature of the body – including organs and other tissues – which can substantially differ from the skin temperature. Core temperature changes due to physiological processes such as illness, intense activity, circadian cycles, or ovulation. calera will allow you to continuously and non-invasively track this internal temperature with high accuracy during your research experiments. 2. Get access to your data at any time calera stores your data locally on the device and connects to the app to display it. If you use the app to display the temperature, the data is also pushed to a secure cloud solution, where you can view it and download it for further analysis. calera additionally comes with two unique features: the computer based CORE PC tool and high time resolution logging mode.
