Creating an Agenda for a meeting, workshop, conference or event could not be easier. It is often a tedious task but this app has been designed to make it a breeze. The app has been rewritten from the ground up especially for iOS6 and with great new features including gesture navigation to make creating agendas even easier, plus iCloud integration to keep your devices in sync! 

 The biggest challenge faced in putting together an agenda is fitting each item into the right sequence and time frame and managing changes that invariably occur. Moving items used to be a copy, paste and re-calculate hassle with every change. Agenda Maker solves that by doing all the calculations as you drag to move items or change time allocated - It’s really ‘at your finger tips’ - and allows you to test any permutation at the glide of a finger! 

Brain storm your agenda items, sort and delete, allocate time and adjust to finalize. All the calculations are taken care of for you. Then simply hit the share button to email as HTML or as attached PDF. You can also send the agenda file to anyone who has Agenda Maker downloaded for them to edit and make changes. Cut and paste as either text or an image into Keynote or other compatible application. Display or hide organizer or general agenda notes. You also have the option of adding it to your iCal calendar and sending participant invites directly. Printing to a compatible printer via AirPrint is now also possible. Agenda Maker now includes iCloud and Drop Box support!
