With the Planning-app you can create and manage plans by scheduling employees and resources for your customers, projects and even activities. During registering work hours the plan can be suggested and used. First specify the number of needed employees to actual schedule the employees later. Using the Report with extensive selections you can easily create Pdf’s with planning reports to be used for communication with the planned employees. With the Dashboard you can view statistical information about for example the number of planned employees per month. HELP Every option of the app has an extensive help function, just tap the question mark WORKFLOW A basic workflow of creating and verifying is supported. Using this workflow ensures the integrity and quality of your data. MASTER DATA All data like customers, employees, activities and many more are managed using this app. The following master data is managed: - Customers and customer categories - Employees and employee categories - Payment terms - Tax codes - Holidays - Raises - Colors - Images - Activities - Resources - Breaktimes - Invoice Layouts DOCUMENTS Using the Report and the Dashboard Pdf’s can be created. These Pdf documents are also shared across all your devices. You can upload your own documents. Every document can be attached to a customer and plan, this way you can for example create a customer file or attach location directions to the plan. SETTINGS The Planning-app is extremely flexible, you can setup a large number of settings to meet your requirements. For example you can setup: - default start time - the image quality to be used - how much historical information you want to view - the language the app should run - the paper size you use - the used addresses format - the currency and distance unit (kilometers or miles) is automatically determined using your device local settings MULTIPLE DEVICES All data is automatically synchronized across all your devices, the number of devices is unlimited. UNLIMITED All data is unlimited, you can plan as many employees and resources for as many customers on as many dates as you need. There is no limit. DIPASC BUSINESS SUITE The Planning-app is part of the Dipasc Business Suite and shares data with all other apps of the Dipasc Business Suite, but this is not mandatory or needed. The Planning-app functions totally on itself, it doesn’t need any of the other apps to function. If you for example don’t want to use projects, you simply don’t use the Projects-app, you only use this Planning-app to plan your employees and resources as mentioned above. With the Dipasc Business Suite you can support the entire business process from creating quotes, setting up a project planning through invoicing and business intelligence. Dividing support of the business process into separate apps gives you the flexibility to support that part of your business process you want to support, using that particular app. Instead of one big cumbersome app where you must decide what subscription fits your need best.
