Hindware Appliances Mobile App is for Hindware consumer appliances like Water Purifier, Air Purifier, Air Coolers, Water Geysers & Kitchen Appliances. Water Purifier & Air Purifier comes under the brand name of Moonbow and rest other appliances come with Hindware brand name. This mobile app offers the services for both Smart (IoT based products) & non Smart products. Currently IoT feature is available with Water Purifier, Kitchen Chimney & Water Heater products. The main features of Hindware Appliances mobile app are - Customer Registration - Product Registration - Controlling & Monitoring of Smart IoT based products from anywhere. - Service Request Creation - Information of all Product Ranges. - New Product launches & offers. - Documents Management Customer Registration New customers have to complete the one time registration process. They can also do the registration using Facebook & Google. After registration they can login with their mobile number using ‘One Time Password (OTP). Existing hindware customers (those who have already used the Hindware services) can use their primary mobile number for login directly using ‘One Time Password (OTP)’. Product Registration Customer can register their new products with simple process by scanning the QR code present on the product. If your product don’t have the QRcode then product registration could be done using model details. Controlling & Monitoring of IoT based Products Customers can control their IoT based home appliances product with their mobile phone from anywhere using Hindware Appliances App if product is connected with the internet. The controlling features will vary depending on the product category.
