The plasma school app assists you during the International School on Low Temperature Plasma Science (www.plasma-school.org). This school is organized each year in October at the physics center of the German physical society in Bad Honnef, Germany. With this app, you have access to: • Up to date news regarding the school • Up to Date School Program • Lecture Notes for registered participants • List of poster contributions of the attendees • Online Plasma Calculator for important physical parameters of a plasma The International School on Low Temperature Plasma Science is organized by the Research Department Plasmas with Complex Interactions at Ruhr University Bochum, Germany (wwww.rdpci.rub.de) Content of the International School on Low Temperature Plasma Physics: Basics and Applications The aim of the course is to familiarize students with field of low temperature plasma physics. It is assumed that the students have followed introductory physics courses at their home university. However, basic principles will be summarized at the beginning of the course. The course offers a broadening of the knowledge in plasma physics and in advanced plasma diagnostics. In addition, the students will be able to interact with the teachers of the course and they will meet fellow students from other universities in Europe and the rest of the world.
