With the QR code, visitors can skip the registration process and check-in instantly at the guard/reception area upon their arrival. Hassle-free and easy! EASY & SECURE VISITOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in and out processes are easy with TimeTec VMS. Upon arriving at the premise, visitor can present the QR Code received from the host to the guard/receptionist for check-in. Guard/receptionist will verify the visitor registration and scan the QR Code to allow entry. In cases whereby a visitor hasn’t pre-register his visit, walk-in registration can be done at the guard/receptionist. PRE-REGISTER VISITS Through TimeTec VMS, the staff/user can also pre-register their visits to another company that is using TimeTec VMS. Simply select the company they are visiting, enter the staff name and select the date and time. Request will be sent for approval and the status will be notified to the applicant immediately when the approval has been made. VISITOR BLACKLIST Security is essential, thus this feature is designed to block unwanted visitors from entering the premises.
