City Sniffers- A smell tour of Amsterdam’s ecohistory is the application for a self-guided, multisensory, urban walking tour. The tour, organized by the European Horizon 2020 project, Odeuropa, follows one path of six stops with scents and stories within the city of Amsterdam. The experience explores Amsterdam through specially curated text and images that uncover Amsterdam smell narratives of the past and present. Together with this application, the tour has a Rub and Sniff map, which is to be collected at the Amsterdam Museum information desk (Amstel 51, 1018 EJ Amsterdam). This smell tour was created by the Odeuropa project in collaboration with Scent the Brand, IFF, and the Institute for Art and Olfaction.
