Objective The objectives of Internet based health record and Mobile Health Record are: • To maintain health database in a complete format of the patient assessable to both the patient and hospital authority. • To make the treatment procedure well aware and easier by keeping the complete health history. • To provide ease in case of emergency for treating the patient with chronic disease. • To make National Cancer Hospital secure in case of any medical emergencies and for medico-legal cases. • To improvise data interchangeability between organization and inhance patient care.
