The application can help ensure you consider all the aspects you believe to be important, ensuring a balance between practical requirements such as school catchment areas and flood likelihood with more emotive factors such as decoration and garden. Define your own criteria for assessing a property and give each criterion a weight based on how important you believe that factor is, for example if location is more relevant to you then garden size then give it a relatively higher weighting.
